About this scheme
The Marketing Assets Production Fund supports Irish producers already holding a Screen Ireland production funding offer in creating dynamic publicity and marketing assets for live action feature films, co-productions, TV drama, animation, and feature documentaries. Funding levels vary by category, ranging from €5,000 for documentaries up to €10,000 for other categories, with feature films over €3 million and TV drama/animation projects required to commit additional matched publicity spend to qualify for the full award. TV drama productions with substantial Republic of Ireland publicity spend can access a further top-up. Funding may only be applied to the Republic of Ireland portion of a shoot, and must go toward a unit publicist, stills photographer, videographer/EPK producer, or (for animation) an editor/artist. Third-party invoices are required to draw down funds. Applicants must apply at pre-production stage with a shooting script, confirmed unit publicist, on-set day breakdowns, a budget excerpt, team bios, shoot dates, and cast list. Successful recipients must deliver the produced assets to Screen Ireland along with a final cost report and invoices.
