About this scheme

LeanTransform is the most extensive tier within IDA Ireland's Lean/Digitalisation Business Offer, delivered in partnership with Enterprise Ireland. It is a holistic company transformation programme delivered with an external consultancy team of international reputation, aimed at embedding the culture and competencies needed for ongoing competitiveness gains, sustainable continuous improvement, business transformation, and/or digitalisation. Assignments typically take at least 2 to 3 years to complete. Key outcomes include company-wide transformation in culture and performance, achievement of business improvement and productivity targets, and establishment of a sustainable continuous improvement or digitalisation programme across the business and its supply chain. As with the other tiers, the programme begins with a diagnostic audit of current practice and performance, plus the relevant IDA Digitalisation Diagnostic where appropriate, with key performance indicators established using tailored tools and methodologies. Unlike LeanStart and LeanPlus, no fixed IDA support cap or percentage is stated for LeanTransform: support levels are instead assessed case-by-case.
