About this scheme
The Grow Digital Voucher gives small and medium businesses (up to 50 employees) financial support to invest in digital technology, provided they have completed a Digital for Business project report within the previous two years. Funding is delivered as a grant covering 50% of eligible costs, with a minimum grant of €500 and a maximum of €5,000 per application; enterprises can receive up to two vouchers, capped at a cumulative €5,000, with a second voucher conditional on demonstrated digital progression.
Eligible costs are new, off-the-shelf software subscriptions of up to one year — e.g. e-commerce, CRM, online booking/payments, job or stock tracking, cloud accounting/payroll, cybersecurity, and analytics/AI tools — plus training and/or IT configuration support, with training and configuration together capped at 50% of the overall project cost. Custom or bespoke software and regulatory compliance systems are not eligible. Applications must be discussed with and submitted to a Local Enterprise Office before any project expenditure or activity begins.
